Our history

We were born out of industry. Not theory.

Descoltech was born out of direct experience in the industrial sector. We know what it means to guide a company through a complex certification process, to track a critical supply chain from order to delivery, or to build a management system that the team uses in their day-to-day work.

We have been working with industrial SMEs for years. We are not consultants who have studied industry from books: we have worked alongside companies, managed audits, written technical specifications, and built management control tools that our clients still use today.

Our approach starts with listening: understanding the real situation, not just what is stated. From there, we build a bespoke plan and follow it alongside the client from the initial analysis right through to the achievement of the objective.

Our philosophy: protecting the value of your investment.

It is unwise to pay too much, but it is worse to pay too little. If you pay too much, you lose a little money, and that is all. If you pay too little, you may lose everything, because what you have bought may not be capable of doing what it was bought for.

The rule of business forbids paying little to get a lot; that simply cannot be done. If you agree with the lowest bidder, you would do well to set aside something for the risk you are taking... and if you can do that, you might as well pay a little more.
